This miniature recreates the entrance of a Berlin residence and the four Stolpersteine embedded in the pavement outside it.
Commissioned as a personal family memorial, the piece carefully reproduces the arched entrance, wooden door, stone steps, metal railings and individual architectural details of the building. The four engraved brass stones commemorate members of the Proskauer family who once lived there and were forced to flee Nazi persecution.
Created with care and respect, the finished diorama preserves both a real location and the family history connected to it.
