Are all pieces one-of-a-kind?

Yes. Every diorama, façade, and customizable bench is handmade, making each one completely unique. Even if you choose a similar theme to someone else, no two pieces will ever be the same.

How do commissions work?

You start by filling in the Commission Form with your idea, photos, and any details you’d like included. I’ll then contact you by email to discuss size, style, timeframe, and price. Once we agree, I’ll begin the build. A 20% deposit is required to secure your booking.

How long does a commission take?

It depends on the complexity of the project. Smaller works may take a few weeks, while larger or more detailed commissions can take 1–2 months. I’ll give you a clear timeframe during the consultation.

What themes can I commission?

Anything meaningful to you! Popular requests include:

• Beloved shopfronts or pubs

• Family homes or childhood streets

• Unique façades with cultural or personal significance

• Thematic creations (cinematic, nostalgic, or atmospheric scenes)

What are the customizable benches?

They’re miniature workbenches tailored to a hobby, passion, or person — for example a painter’s bench, a gardener’s bench, or a model maker’s bench. You can choose a theme, favorite colors, and special details to make it unique. Each one comes in a luxury gift box.

Do I get a certificate of authenticity?

Yes. Every original diorama and commission comes signed, dated, and with a certificate of authenticity.

How do payments work?

For shop items: full payment is made at checkout.
For commissions: a 20% deposit is required to confirm, with the balance due upon completion.

What materials do you use?

I mainly use wood, card, plaster, and mixed media, often recycled. Each piece is weathered and finished with durable sealants to preserve its look.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, I only offer shipping within the UK. However, I’m working on opening up international shipping soon. If you’re based outside the UK and interested in a piece, please email me directly and I’ll be happy to discuss options with you.
